Wat wij jou bieden

  • Informatie over verhuizen naar Barcelona

  • Hulp bij het regelen van werkpapieren (zoals NIE en SSN)


  • Providing personal assistance to customers by giving information or processing suggestions, concerns and claims.

  • Taking care of emergency calls. When a report comes in you are responsible for the well-being of the customer and for arranging further measures.

  • Planning the repairs as efficiently as possible and in the most convenient way for the customer.

  • Processing the incoming data.

  • Supporting the customer if the vehicle is stolen. You help the customer locate the vehicle through GPS tracking and report it to the police.

  • Experience in customer contact
